Need help with NevNic or NevNic Couples? Here you'll find how to contact us and solve the most common issues.
Contact
Write to info@nevnic.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 1–2 business days). Tell us which app you are writing about (NevNic or NevNic Couples) and describe the problem or question.
Account issues
If you cannot sign in, first try resetting your password from the app. If the problem persists, write to us from the email address associated with your account.
To delete your account and data, see the account deletion page or do it directly from the app settings.
Linking with your partner
In NevNic Couples, you link with your partner using an invitation code. If the code does not work, check that it has not expired and that you enter it without spaces.

We love receiving ideas. You can send suggestions from the app itself or by email to info@nevnic.com.
